Under the leadership of President Putin, Russia apparently continues to demonstrate its superiority in the implementation of Middle Eastern Strategic planning.
On Monday Russian Television and other agencies broadcast news that Iranian Air Force Base HAMADAN was being used to launch heavy bomber attacks on ISIS targets in Syria.

With HAMADAN and its existing base near LATAKIA Syria, Russia has improved its bombing capacity by shortening the flight time from base to ISIS targets by half. The potential use of Turkish Base INCIRLIK, though not vital in Russian war plans is another intriguing development.
The improving of relations with Turkey and Iran, the most powerful Muslim countries in the Middle Eastern area sphere of influence adds considerable political as well as military influence to Russia. Assuming a Turkish / Iranian / Syrian / Russian coalition holds together, it will be a geopolitical force to be reckoned with. If successful, American relevance in these areas will be significantly diminished unless there issomething we don't know about.
